Meridian Wealth had spent over a decade building a reputation as one of the most reliable independent wealth management firms in the market. Their client retention was exceptional. Their results spoke for themselves. But their brand had not kept pace with either.
Audit first. Build second
We began with a four-week discovery phase — interviewing Meridian's senior leadership, their longest-standing clients, and three prospects who had chosen competitors instead. The pattern that emerged was consistent. People trusted Meridian implicitly once they were inside the relationship. The problem was getting them there. The brand was not converting the credibility that already existed into a first impression strong enough to open the door.
