Great hospitality. Invisible online
Orenda Hotels had the product. Beautifully designed properties, exceptional service, and a loyal base of repeat guests who loved the brand in person. But their social presence told a different story — inconsistent posting, low engagement, and a following that hadn't meaningfully grown in two years. In a category where Instagram and TikTok drive a significant share of first-time bookings, invisibility was costing them direct revenue. They needed a social strategy that matched the quality of the experience they were already delivering.
Sell the feeling. Not the room
Most hotel social accounts make the same mistake — they lead with the product. Room photos. Pool shots. Breakfast spreads. Orenda already had a superior product, so leading with it wasn't the differentiator. We repositioned their social presence around the emotional experience of an Orenda stay — the slowness, the detail, the sense of being genuinely looked after. Content became editorial rather than promotional. Captions became stories rather than offers. Paid spend amplified what was already working organically rather than compensating for content that wasn't.
